A documentary by director Jose Espínola based on the autobiographical manifesto of musician Camille Corazón, exposing her drive to music making as a medium to express and fight her own battles.
Corazon portrays Camille, a young girl living in New York City, sharing her self-wandering experience, amidst the influence and weight of her father´s words and how this confrontation lead her, through music, to understand her identity and discover her independence. This struggle created a secret, a perfect shelter, a parallel universe helping her survive. Music became her only way out.
Corazon, though Camille´s cathartic story as an artist, functions as a sensitive therapy to forget, overcome the past, reinvent oneself, spreading love, passion and emotion through music.
